Support Escalation

1) All academic users looking for course and instructional support can be refered to CTL for consultation:

Panopto (Media Library) SN tickets can be assigned via Canvas or ClassesV2.

2) All non-academic users (Administration) can be refered to Guo, Youjun <youjun.guo@yale.edu>. This are users who have needs not convered by current help documents. Otherwise, Panopto is a self-service tool for non-academic users.
