Adding a user to a new or existing schedule

After a Webcast has been scheduled in Panopto, add a user by choosing the webcast in the scheduled tab.

Hover over scheduled webcast and select the share tool.

In the share tool, type in the NetID or name of person to be added to the webcast. Note: you may choose if you would like the person notified via email.
